We are thrilled to be able to povide facilitation and coaching services for many of our clients. We are adept at tailoring these services to meet each client's specific needs.

Here are a few examples of how we tailor services for our clients:

• Financial Skills

  We regularly facilitate financial skills development workshops and coaching for boards, senior executive teams and executive level teams. We liaise with our clients to work out the best strategy to meet their required outcomes. We also incorporate the organisation’s specific financial reports so that participants are using materials that they are familiar with.

  For example, one of our clients had new board members that we worked with to help them to be able to read and analyse their board financial reports. We also provided one-on-one coaching for individual board members where they wanted to explore particular areas of the reports.



• Creating Integrated, Effective Teams

  We regularly work with teams to improve performance. Again we work with you to design the solution that meets your needs.

  For example, one of our clients was involved in a merger. We worked with the client to develop a plan to integrate the two cultures. Our work involved assisting the executive team to develop the new organisational structure. Once the new structure was announced we facilitated a workshop for all staff where integration challenges and possible solutions were dealt with. We further supported the team integration through undertaking TMP profiles for all team members and then workshopping the results of these profiles so that team members understood each other. We also provided regular one-on-one coaching to senior staff to assist them to manage the integration issues as they arose.



• Staff Challenges

  We regularly work with our coaching clients who are facing challenges with their staff. Our coaching covers areas such as how do I stay friends with my staff while still being an effective supervisor, how to deal with underperforming team members, how to listen and communicate more effectively, time management, writing and presentation skills, giving and receiving feedback, how to improve team performance, building effective networks through to personal development.
