Wow, how quickly has this year flown by? As we head towards the end of the year we hope that you are planning to have a break to get some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
This month we are running workshops on Growth Mindset, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Building and Maintaining Better Relationships at Work and we are also speaking at a conference in Cairns on Telling the Story: Data Visualisation and Adapting for the Future: The Next Generation Finance Business Partner. Feel free to get in touch with us if you’re interested in running any of these workshops.
Our theme this month is Teaching and Mentoring. In our rapidly changing world these two skills can help you and your team to keep learning and growing. We will be sharing resources to support you in these areas throughout this month.
One simple thing we do each week is have each team member share something that they have learned over the past week. By sharing this we all learn and grow.
The other favourite one for our team is recording podcasts where we get to learn from our guests and each other. We will soon be launching Season 3 of the Adapt with Danette FM podcast where we have had some great conversations with experts around Experimentation at Work. Stay tuned to our social media for more on our launch date.
Until next month, stay magical.
