She is a Chartered Accountant and CPA, a certified Executive Coach. She is also the author of The Adaptable Leader: 7 steps to help you succeed during uncertainty.
In her spare time Danette loves to travel, read, write and hang out at her farm.

Our CEO and a highly-experienced Executive Coach, Grahame has over 30 years’ experience in organisational learning and development, working with an incredible community of government and corporate clients around the World.
Grahame’s focus today is on helping his clients understand themselves more intimately, so they can create a life that transcends their own expectations and quietly inspires others.

Jez is a podcast producer here at Magical Learning. Using his passion for analysing YouTube stats and his love of being a bit silly and creative, he has helped bring the podcast to over 10,000 subscribers. When he’s not improvising a comedy song, or embroidering, he likes setting new records on video games released before 2008.

Kanika is an avid reader, writer and creator of More than Melanin, a literary publication by and for people of colour and Bla(c)k folks from the LGBTQIA+ community. They have also worked across a few literary festivals, namely Blak and Bright, National Young Writers' Festival and the Emerging Writers' festival.

Allegra is our Multimedia Designer here at Magical Learning, covering everything from our branding and social media templates to workshop visuals and our website. With a background in animation and design, Allegra has a passion for bringing ideas to life and making things look aesthetically pleasing. Outside of work, Allegra lives for good memes, bad movies, and crafting things with her hands.

Customer Care Coordinator
Marg Nicholls is our Customer Care Coordinator at Magical Learning, where she supports clients and team members through smooth administration, clear communication, and behind-the-scenes coordination. She also looks after thoughtful client gifting, helping create lasting and meaningful connections. Marg lives on a sheep and cattle property near Gundagai with her husband and two daughters, balancing work, family life, and the day-to-day of rural living. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, keeping active, and spending time with family and friends.

Our Director of Rural Business, Allen brings 30+ years of successful farming and a passion for being of service to others into this role. Allen is inspired by learning from life and appreciates every opportunity to share his experiences and deep wisdom with others. He was chairman of Riverina Bluebell for two years and has spoken with schools and farming communities about how we can create stronger connections, to help us move forward through disruption and uncertainty.

John has a wealth of experience spanning corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. He is driven by a desire to create lasting impact in the work he does and in the motivation he inspires in others.
A committed lifelong learner, John holds a Bachelor of Education and qualifications in Teaching, Community Counselling, Training & Assessment, Government and Project Management.
John’s down time is spent relaxing with his ‘other family’, writing and staying fit & healthy.
