The Magical Learning

Community Newsletter

Welcome back,

As we head towards the end of the year we are looking at ways to work smarter, not harder. That is why, this month, we are focusing on Signal vs Noise. This is based on the concept that 20% of your work should lead to 80% of your results.

It’s important to take the time to identify what part of your work is important and focus on that. It will help you feel like you are having an impact. 80% of what we do is mostly ‘busy’ work that doesn’t make a huge difference. This week, try and figure out where you value add through your 20% then allocate time each day to focus on that work. You will be glad you did.

We can help with this as we share a number of resources about this topic via this email and our socials. So follow us if you don’t already!

Until next month, stay magical.
